The bungalows are surrounded by a magnificent array of fynbos species which change as the seasons come and go. If you rise early the sunrises are very special and in the evening the west has most of the colours of the palette as the sun sinks.

From the bungalows you can see as far as Robertson, Ashton, Bonnievale and Greyton - a glittering twinkle of lights in the distance.     You can hear baboons, and see relatively tame Grysbok, Klipspringers and Duikers. The birdlife is prolific - Sunbirds, Eagles, Falcons, Crows and Owls - attracted by Rock Rabbits. Civets, Leopards and Lynx are in the area but not threatening.

• All units have gas geysers and 2 plate gas stoves

• Trails, trout fishing in rivers
• Mountain bikes under supervision

• 4 Large units - sleeps 8 - called 'BERGHUISIES' or 'MOUNTAIN' houses - 3 rooms i.e. 2 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen / dining  room plus inside toilet & shower

•      1 Stone house - sleeps 2 - built-in double bed, inside fireplace / braai, outside shower & toilet

•      2 houses next to Stone House - each sleep 2 - small kitchen and sleeping area in one - shower & toilet inside

•     Rate is R100-00 per person per night.
